Blohm Beginnings:
by Phil and EJ Blohm

It all started with a radio program about believing in your spouse's dream. EJ decided to give Phil an introductory flight lesson at the local airport. That lesson led to a shared ownership of an airplane, a Private Pilot's license, and a desire to serve God in aviation ministry. After two job changes and a new level of faith and trust in our Heavenly Father, Phil decided to leave his "normal" type job and follow God's path for us into missions.
It has been a journey of waiting and trusting. After 13 months of support raising, we made the trek from Wisconsin to Nebraska in May 2005.
Since then we've learned a couple things! God always has a plan - and He knows it better than we do! Submission to God is a sign of strength, not weakness. God's timing is perfect, even when we don't understand what's going on.
As we anticipate our next cross country move to Kentucky, we are trusting in Him more than ever! Meanwhile, we continue to stay active with our local church family. Phil continues to learn more about aviation , while EJ home schools the boys ages 8, 7, and 5.
