"Push, pull, or drag your car into our parking lot this weekend for an automatic $3000 trade in value - no car is too old!" shouted the TV announcer. Jim's ears perked up. Hey, he thought, I've been wanting a new car to replace this minivan of ours. I wonder…

Jim talked to his wife and she agreed that since their kids were all grown, a smaller vehicle would be more economical. "But it seems a waste to just trade in the van for $3000," she said.

After praying together, Jim and his wife decided to swap vehicles with Missionaire International. Jim called Jon Foote with Missionaire International (308-235-7466) and asked if there were any staff or students that had an old run down car they could switch with him. He explained to Jon that he would take their old car for the trade in and since the minivan was worth more than $3000, he would donate it to Missionaire.

Jim brought the old car to the Push , Pull, or Drag sale and did indeed receive the $3000 trade in on a new car for his family. The student at Missionaire was thanking God for an answered prayer as his wife could now pick up neighborhood kids for church in their "new" minivan.
