Prayer Requests and Needs
Following is a list of special prayer requests that we are seeking guidance from the Lord on. Please pray with us!
Leadership Position Opening:
Director of Maintenance Training
Note: We are seeking a qualified person for this position, because
our current Director of Maintenance Training would like to step into a different
role within the organization. The Director of Maintenance Training is one
of the key positions within Missionaire International. Responsibilities include:
* Training individuals in the area of their calling to serve the Lord on the
mission field through aviation maintenance, accomplished through:
* Maintenance Apprenticeship
* E. A. - Experience Acquisition for Licensed A & P Mechanics
* Community Impact (Outreach)
* Technical Evaluation Prep
* Directing and supervising aircraft projects ranging from inspections and
general maintenance to complete aircraft restoration
* Working closely with the Director of Operations, Director of Education,
and Director of Flight Operations to provide continuity of training through
MI's Missionary Aviation Training Program
This person must be a mature Christian with a strong commitment to Jesus Christ, who is continually working on his/her relationship with the Lord. Must possess a strong outreach mentality, be comfortable dealing with non-believers, and be committed to Christ-like business practices. Must be a team player and understand the differences in personalities that may exist within staff and students. We are looking for a self-starter who will mold the position to fit their gifts and abilities. Prior mission experience helpful, but not required. Should be familiar with and competent on a variety of single and twin-engine aircraft. Must be able to teach by example. Must be teachable, flexible, and willing to set a good example in work ethics. Inspection Authorization required.

cannot take credit for what is accomplished.

as well as the vision and resources for what's ahead.
3. ...for God to provide the staff mentioned above.
4. ...for those who have a desire to serve in missionary aviation and are
not sure how to get from where they are now, to where they need to be.
5. ...for the ability to meet the needs and further the callings of those
whom the Father leads to us.
